Yellow Tier: What You Need To Know

The County of Los Angeles is moving to reopen more businesses as COVID cases decrease and vaccines increase.

Below are the details for the less restrictive Yellow Tier:

-Gyms and Fitness Centers: May open indoors at 50% capacity.

-Museums, Zoos, and Aquariums: Outdoor portions are open to the public. Indoor portions may open to 75% capacity.

-Personal Care Establishments: May open to 75% capacity. Masks must be worn at all times by staff and customers. For services that require a customer to remove their mask, the staff must wear a fitted N95 mask.

-Movie Theaters: May open at 50% capacity.

-Breweries and Wineries: May open indoors at 50% capacity to a max of 200 people. There are no restrictions on hours.

-Bars: May open indoors at 25% capacity to a max of 100 people. There are no limits on hours of operations.

-Restaurants: May open indoors at 50% capacity. There are no limits on hours of operations.

-Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, and Wineries may have live entertainment outdoors if all patrons are seated. TV viewing is allowed indoors and outdoors.
